D-Sas has made it to the second round of the Country Music Television ( CMT.com ) March Madness and they need you to Vote NOW for them to continue on the long hard road to the championship round.

NC Tax Tea protest Raleigh, NC
4/15/09 Raleigh, NC Citizens gathered at the Old State Capital building for a Tax Tea Party Protest. Protesters held homemade signs, chanted conservative slogans and listened to speeches as they protested high taxes and Government spending.
Krispy Kreme Challenge,Raleigh,NC
The 2009 Krispy kreme challenge took place this Saturday 2/7/09. A race amongst friends who attended NC State together first challenged each other during a morning jog. The next year 100 friends joined them and from this modest start one of the strangest charity races in the world began.Five Thousand racers showed up this year for the Kirspy Kreme Challenge in Raleigh, NC.
The race starts at the NC State Bell Tower then runners run two miles to the Krispy Kreme on the corner of Peace Street and Person Street. The racers then eat a dozen doughnuts, throw their boxes in an empty box pile then run back to the NC State Bell Tower. The race should take a half hour but the runners are given an hour to finish the challenge.
